Chiapas Honey Fair Trade

The Mexican state of Chiapas, characterized for its extense ecological variety is the place of origin of this incredible honey, produced by the hands of Tzotzil Indian families in the heights of the most beautiful coffee plantation hills of the region. This honey is of light flavour and of light amber colour, it has a fragrant aroma and a taste that leaves the palate craving for more.

This multifloral honey is produced in Los Altos de Chiapas at altitudes of over 1,200 meters, surrounded by coffee flowers, chalum flowers, citrus flowers, among others.
