Yucatan Organic Honey

The production of honey in Yucatan is a prehispanic tradition from when the Maya people treated beekeeping as one of their main activities. That is why nowadays Yucatecan families from multiple regions of the Yucatan peninsula resume ancient practices of production with modern normativity to obtain a dark amber coloured, greatly bodied and exquisitely flavoured organic honey which satisfies the palate with its flavour's strength and characteristic aroma of the region.

This honey is produced in the Yucatan Peninsula. Its natural mixture of Dzidzilche, Tajonal and Tzalam flowers provide this organic honey with a dark amber colouring, and make it greatly bodied, with a supreme aroma and exquisite taste.
