Honey Rice Pudding

  • ½ cup of G&J Honey
  • ½ cup of white of white jasmine rice
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ½ cup of half cream
  • ½ tbsp of orange zest
  • ½ tbsp of vanilla extract
Honey Rice Pudding


Boil the milk, the half cream and the rice in a big bowl. Lower the heat and let it boil slowly for around 10 minutes, while beating continously to avoid the rice from burning. Meanwhile, zest half an orange without reaching the white part of its skin. Afterwards, add G&J honey and the vanilla extract. Cook for another 8 to 10 minutes until the rice is cooked al dente. Decorate using the orange zest and enjoy!

*Note: In order to reheat, heat slowly 1 cup of milk in a bowl and add the refrigerated rice pudding. Put the mixture to boil. Add more G&J honey to taste.
