  • 300 g. bakery flour
  • 5 g. salt
  • 10 g. fresh yeast (in cubes)
  • 150 ml. of warm milk
  • 40 g. G&J Honey
  • 60 g. natural Yoghurt
  • 35 g. melted butter or G&J honey to paint

1. Mix the flour with the salt. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and add it to the flour. Pour in the honey and the yoghurt. When everything is well mixed, add the butter at room temperature. Knead for a few minutes until you achieve an elastic en homogeneous dough.

2. Shape a ball from the dough and let it rest in a bowl covered with a wet cloth for an hour at a warm place (35ºC) so that it can double its volume. Then, knead by hand to remove the remaining air and form about 16 individual spherical cookies. Let them rest again for about 15 minutes.

3. Put the cookies in a tray and let them again increase their volume as previously for about an hour.

4. Cook the cookies in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-18 minutes or until they get a golden color. Once out of the oven, paint them with melted butter or a little G&J Honey. Remove carefully from the tray and let them cool down on a grill.
