Guillermo & Julián Honey Muffins

- 250 g of wheat flour
- 45 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 12 g of baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of Guillermo & Julián Honey
- milk as needed
- chopped walnuts as needed
Mix the baking soda with wheat flour and sugar.
Melt the butter and mix it with the 2 eggs.
Add honey and using a whisk shuffle until a uniform mixture is achieved.
Pour milk as needed until the mixture becomes of semi liquid consistence.
Put the caps in a muffin mold and pour until ¾ of each one is filled.
Pre-heat the oven to 180º C. Once hot enough, introduce the muffins until they become inflated.
A good signal is that the muffing have a Brown surface. Once out of the oven and cooled, using a brush glaze them with the honey and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
