Honey sauced carrots

  • 6 big carrots
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp ground white pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup G&J honey
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley

Wash, peal and cut the carrots in circles. Cook them in water with a little salt until they become soft, but not too soft. Once finished cooking drain them. Melt the butter in a pan and add the honey, the mustard, some salt and pepper and the 2 tbsps of onion. Cook everything until it becomes soft (3 - 5 minutes). Add the sauce to the carrots, let it give aroma to everything for about 2 minutes, sprinkle the parsley on top and serve.
