Ingredients:

  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 10 g of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 oz of balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g of Guillermo & Julián Honey
  • 60 g of baby spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange
  • 1 peach
  • Goat cheese

Instructions

In a bowl, pour the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, the Dijon mustard, the honey and beat the mixture till vinaigrette is formed

Wash and dry the spinach.

Remove the orange’s zest with a knife and take out the interior of the pieces.

Cut the pear in small pieces.

Shape the goat cheese to form balls.

Cut the peacn in small sections.
