Honey orange roasted chicken with potatoes

- 4 chicken drumsticks or breasts
- 4 tbsp of G&J honey
- 2 oranges
- 4 pieces of garlic
- olive oil
Squeeze the oranges for their juice. Using a mixer mix the orange juice, the honey, the pieces of garlic (well chopped) and the thyme. Crush until everything is well mixed.
Put the chicken drumsticks or breasts in a baking tray. Bathe them with the orange juice mix, leaving a little for afterwards. Put salt as necessary.
Sprinkle some pepper and put it in the oven at 180ºC. As it acquires a golden color and gets drier, take it out of the oven and paint it with the mix you left earlier. Put it back in the oven and do the same procedure everytime you see the chicken needs it, until it's ready.
While you cook the chicken, wash, peal and cut the potatoes in fine slices. Fry them in boiling oil until they get golden coloured. When you see the chicken's ready take it out of the oven.
Serve the chicken with the fried potatoes.
