  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 12 tbsp G&J honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • poppy seeds or sesame seeds
  • olive oil
Honey chicken


Put salt and pepper on the chicken breasts and fry them on both sides until you achieve a golden colour. Seal the meat so that in the posterior roasting the chicken doesn't lose its juices. When the breasts are golden coloured, put them in a baking tray and bathe them with G&J honey. Put them in the oven at 180ºC for half an hour until they are golden and caramelized. It's a good practice to put some water on the bottom of the tray so in the process of roasting water vapor helps keep the chicken more juicy. If you consider it necessary, cover the tray with aluminum foil or add some broth. At the end sprinkle some poppy seeds or sesame.
