  • 4 pink loins
  • 1 chive
  • 100 ml. G&J honey
  • 100 ml. mustard
  • 100 ml. cream
  • salt
  • pepper

To prepare the sauce, chop the chive very well and fry it a little in oil with salt. When its well poached, add the honey and the mustard. Cook for a couple of minutes and then take the sauce to the mixer to leave it fine and uniform. Keep it warm.

Grill the pink loins on both sides and at the end of the process sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. Meanwhile heat the cream and exactly before serving the fish add it to the sauce.
